This includes contact details like names, phone numbers (SMS), and email addresses provided through forms, inquiries, or outreach.  We also collect business information such as company names, addresses, and details about scrap metal supply capabilities.  Additionally, we automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and visit timestamps using standard web analytics like Google Analytics.

We don’t collect sensitive data such as financial details, payment information, or government IDs unless voluntarily shared for transactions.

We collect information through various means:

- Website Forms: Inquiries or supplier sign-ups.

- Outreach: SMS to unknown numbers or emails for potential supplier relationships (with opt-out instructions).

We share data only as necessary. We share data with service providers like email and SMS platforms and logistics partners for exports. For Indian connections, we don’t share personal information with Indian authorities except the company name for tax purposes like TCS compliance.  U.S. customs may receive transaction details as needed.  Data isn’t sold. International transfers to India use standard safeguards.  Data is stored securely on U.S. or cloud servers with encryption and access controls.  Retention is 3 years for contacts and longer for transactions.  We follow reasonable practices under U.S. IT regulations.
